Take 2 classes for $10!
Take a break, release stress and tension within your body!
This interactive yoga session will leave you feeling energized with peace of mind and positive inspiration.
This is a traditional yoga class incorporating poses such as Warrior 1, 2 and 3, Forward Folds, Chair, Mountain, Upward and Downward Dogs.
There will be a combination of holding poses for a few breaths to increase physical and mental strength as well as some flowing movements to energize the body.
We will also do some breath work and end with a guided meditation.
Classes will be recorded -- I'd love for you to be live, online with me as the classes are interactive -- however, I understand the time may not work for you so that you can do the class at your convenience.
