Having direct experience of healing from 40 years of addiction, I share my tools to help others mature out of the addiction experience. Without labels, pathology and victimization, I explain how addiction (soft and hard) is simply an invitation to explore your life to see where there is arrested development (inner child work), trauma (energy work) and disembodiment (mind/body exploration and tantric principles/philosophies). This can turn suffering into curiosity and present, loving compassion.
